Ingredients
- 1 Head of Cauliflower, trimmed and sliced into 1-inch steaks
- 2/3 cup Almond Flour
- 2/3 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- Aurelio’s Pizza Vodka Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 300°F

STEP 2
Cut head of cauliflower into 1- inch slices. Pat dry and set aside.

Combine almond flour, grated parmesan, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and salt. Spread breading mixture on a flat plate and set aside.

Whisk together an egg with a dash of salt and pepper and pour it onto another flat plate.

Dip the cauliflower slices into the egg on both sides. Then transfer to the breading mixture. Coat evenly on both sides. Place the breaded cauliflower on a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper. Repeat for all cauliflower steaks.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Make sure to keep your oven on!

Top cauliflower steaks with 2-3 tbsp. Aurelio’s Pizza Vodka Sauce and mozzarella cheese.

STEP 8
Return the cauliflower back to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Serve with a side of whole grain pasta, in between two slices of bread, or with your choice of salad and enjoy!
